MULTI-SITE RETAIL STORE MANAGER.........My Client, an Internationally renowned branded retailer are looking to recruit a Multi-Site Manager based in the Oxford area.

THE COMPANY
The company is a world renowned International brand and is one of the leading fashion design and marketing studios in the world. It designs and markets women's and men's designer collection apparel and a range of other products, including accessories, shoes, sleepwear, swimwear, belts, eye-wear, watches, jewellery, coats, suits etc.
THE ROLE
The position as a multi-site store manager will involve the day to day running of two separate stand-alone units. You must ensure that all operational areas such as sales, stock control, admin, visual merchandising and presentation are maintained to the highest standards in line with the companies policies and procedures. You will be accountable for the P&L of both stores and will require sound commercial awareness. You will performance manage your teams to achieve their KPI's.
THE PERSON
You MUST be an EXPERIENCED RETAIL MANAGER! You must have a passion for the fashion industry, be a strong leader and be aware of the surroundings, showing initiative & enthusiasm at all times. You must be organised & efficient and be able to demonstrate a proven track record of strong leadership & planning skills. You will need to be adaptable, confident, respectful and be focused on driving the teams in both stores to achieve agreed KPI's. You MUST have management experience in the RETAIL industry and be confident in running a multi-site operation. Commercial awareness is a MUST. A very competitive salary of between 32,000 - 35,000 will be offered to the successful candidate.
