Experienced rider wanted to help with horses

Looking for someone really experienced that has the knowledge to help bring on a young thorogbred, and that would also be capable of riding an older mare occassionally , Both of my horses are really sweet to do but are both quite sharpe , I can not afford to pay but this is a nice experience for someone who wants to ride nice quality horses , A contribution towards shoes and general up keep depending on how much you would be able to ride .
