We have a number of highly successful products which we sell to the Public Sector. These products help Local Authorities to manage their contracts, commissioning, finance and quality monitoring. We currently have a vacancy for a new Account and Implementation Consultant. The role involves the following:
* Project Management
(Each implementation involves dealing with 2 or 3 different companies and many individuals working towards tight deadlines.)
* Business Process Definition
(The product supports a set of complex business processes - we need to help the client adapt their processes to our products)
* System Implementation
(The configuration of the product involves around 100 person days. Much of this time involves writing scripts and processes to migrate client data into our format. This is a highly iterative process during which we need to guide the client through data migration and testing their data.)
* Technical Management.
(Each implementation involves adaptations to our product which need to be designed and integrated into our implementation plan.)
We welcome applications from project managers with experience of implementing complex software systems. The role is permanent and full-time and involves travel to customer sites of about 2 days per week.
Successful candidates will have a minimum 2:1 degree in a relevant subject and have experience in designing and developing Microsoft Windows applications.
