We are looking for a full time bar assistant to work within the Bar at Quod Brasserie. You will assist the bar team before, during and after service ensuring that the bar is fully stocked with polished glasses, and has an ample stock of all beverages. To assist in keeping all areas of the bar service area clean and tidy during service, assisting the bar team with the preperation of drinks where necessary, and generally acting as a support to the bartenders throughout the shift. Candidates should have experience of working in similar busy restaurants and be able to provide references, as well as proven eligibility to work in The UK.
