nanny au pair mothers help

I am looking for someone lively, fun and kind to help me with my 3 girls (aged 3, 8 and 9). We live between Newbury and Hungerford in Berkshire and also have two dogs and I can provide a car.
I have had nannies and au pairs previously (live in and live out) and am prepared to be flexible - it is more about finding the right person.
Equally, I am after someone 4 days a week, but if there was a share arrangement or similar, that may work too.
The type of person who works best with us is someone who is capable of being in sole charge of three happy, lively, busy girls who enjoy ballet, swimming, music, bike riding, gymnastics and music. we live in a village, so there is lots of 'old fashioned fun' - walks by the river, picnics and dog walking.
I work from home four days a week so am sometimes around, but sole charge will be required when I travel to meetings.
