We are currently recruiting for one of our prestigious clients based in Oxford City Centre. You will be a highly organised PA and have a flexible, "hands-on" approach. Excellent communication skills are essential, along with proven PA experience, at a senior level. Responsibilities will include: organising meetings and ensuring all arrangements are co-ordinated, taking and distributing minutes and producing reports, presentations and financial data for the Director. You will be proficient in using Email, MS Office, Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Experience in Oracle would be advantageous but is not essential.
