Hi,
I'm a 22 yo PhD student studying arsenic and copper tolerance in earthworms at CEH Wallingford, through Cardiff Uni. I'm looking for a nice house full of lovely people to while away the summer with, preferably in Iffley, Cowley and St Clements, but I could be tempted by somewhere in Abingdon or Headington.
The house has to have parking available to it, and a garden would be pretty awesome too, though it has to come to under 400, all in. Also, I may have to move to Cardiff at the start of 2010 and so can't be tied down to a massive contract.
I'm really easy to get along with and am a dab hand with a kettle. I'm fairly active and sociable, don't cook partcularly smelly food and am not afraid of the hoover. I've got to give a bit of notice with my landlord at the moment, so I can't move in straight off, but if you can fill the majority of my numerous stipulations I'd love to hear from you!
