En-suite room wanted

As I'm fed up with living with messy students in a shared house I'm looking for a room (possibly en-suite) in a 2-bed flat or house to share with one person only. I really want a house to be clean and in the vicinity of Brookes. As I study and work I need a place where I can sleep at night and study at day. Non-smoking is also crucial. Maybe it is too much to ask for but I hope such places exist!
