House is situated on Feelands Road, just off Iffley Road. Neighborhood is very quiet. Location is attractive as well because it takes only 10 min on foot to get to the river side and around 20 min walking to get to the city centre. There is place for a car and nice garden behind hause. There are 3 bedrooms in that house. One is rent by architect from Sri Lanka, second one by woman( professional) from Poland. Both tenants are friendly and keep house tidy.
The cost of renting of this room is 375pcm+ counsil tax and bills (around 460 pcm).
