We have a large 3 bedroom house, all 3 bedrooms currently have 3 double beds in it all with built in wardrobe space, 2 of the rooms are doubles and one is a large single, we have a large garage which is joined to the house, we are in the middle of 5 houses but the only one with a garage, we are blessed with good neighbours both sides, and a old peoples home opposite, which is a neighbour hood watch area, we have a single private driveway, front facing fitted kitchen/diner (the kitchen is fitted but not great), we have a downstairs w/c, with a large living room, with access to back fully decked garden area, also from the hallway you access the garage, which also leads to the covered area to the new built t&g shed with full electrics and lights etc, the rear garden benefits from a fenced trampoline area, and a 7 person hot tub, which cost me 9k only 1 year ago (still has 4 years waranty left) if the exchange was the wright one i would be willing to leave the tub, trampoline, and shed all in place f.o.c, we are near the Kassam stadium, bus route into cowley and the city centre, local doctors and shops and green park areas all less than 5 mins walk, i could take the tub away and we could come to a financial arangement being paid to you in cash if needs be!. We are looking for a 3 bedroom house in oxford town centre, summertown, jericho, cuttselowe, wolvercote, kidlington, yarnton, woodstock, plus many others but certainly north north/west oxford. We are open to offers but no OX3 or OX4 postcodes please
