The role of Manager is based in our beautiful Nottingham Boutique, where you will be responsible for managing a small team of highly motivated Betties to ensure they consistency provide the exceptional customer service were renowned for!
Starting salary is up to 18,000 for a 40 hour week which will include weekends. Bonuses are earned on over achieving quarterly targets, and there is a 3 month probationary period for the role. Clothing allowance is given every season, with a generous 50% discount!
As the Boutique Manager, you will be an ambassador for Sweaty Betty, and should love keeping fit, and looking good whilst doing it! You will report directly to the Area Manager, and are responsible for:
Driving forward sales
Leading and managing the shop team including recruitment, development and coaching
Maintaining appropriate staffing levels within budget
Ensuring all your staff maintain sweatyBetty standards
Maintaining appropriate stock levels in your shop and ensuring the highest standards of housekeeping, cleanliness and merchandising are upheld
Maintaining security of the shop premises, stock and all shop monies
Completing and submitting all necessary paperwork to Support Office
