A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a well known company based in Nottingham. They are currently seeking a temporary Administrator to work within their busy, friendly department. You will be responsible for the running of this system as well as general admin duties.

Daily Duties:

* To provide a customer and client support services
* Answering telephone calls from clients and customers when required
* Entering Data on their systems
* Ad Hoc duties when required
* Processing items onto their in house system
* General admin duties

To be considered for the role you MUST:

* Have experience of using various systems, use of OPTI-Time would be advantageous
* Be a good communicator
* Work well within a time and on your own
* Have excellent verbal and written communication
* Have excellent computer skills (e.g. hardware, operating systems, internet)

***You must be able to start work on the 6th April***

Salary: 8.00 an hour
Hours: 39 hours a week
