Operations Manager Occupational Health

We are currently looking to appoint an experienced Operations Manager to join an established company who have a successful Occupational Health subsidiary of their business.
You will need to be based in the Midlands/East Midlands and live within a commutable distance of Nottingham as this is where you will be based. Travel to visit external sites and sites where teams are working will form a part of your role although day-to-day you will be office based in Nottingham.
You will have direct responsibility for both the medical and administration teams and these are made up of clinical staff and office/clerical staff, you will have budgetary responsibility as well as managerial responsibility of the medical and clerical teams .
You will need to have a clear understanding of the Occupational Health marketplace and be customer focused and driven to reach high client expectations and maintain existing client relationships, you will need a flexible approach and have worked in an Occupational Health setting to truly understand the business needs.
