My client is a growing and dynamic asbestos management company whose company ethos is built upon quality, reliability and trust. Through recently securing a number or long term contracts they are now keen to appoint a Quality Manager to further support it's continuing expansion and business strategies moving forward.
The successful candidate will be tasked with ensuring the company maintains it's already high level of technical competence and quality in all areas of the business. This will involve the daily development and co-ordinating of the QA/QC procedures, providing training to staff and undertaking regular audits to ensure procedures are being adhered to. You will also maintain external accreditation's & champion the overall quality of the companies work to outside bodies.
Interested candidates should meet the following criteria.
P401,402,403,404,405,S301 Qualified.
Background in Quality Management, including the development of QA/QC procedures.
Demonstrable auditing experience.
Clear and effective communicator in both written and verbal form.
Experienced at training and mentoring members of a team.
Management and supervision of staff.
Full clean driving licence.
