An exciting new opportunity for an Accounts Payable Supervisor with a successful global company. The main purpose of the role is to supervise an existing Accounts Payable team.Main duties will include
Maintain Accounts Payable, Stocks, Prepayments and Accruals
Dealing with high volumes within deadlines
Ensure invoices are matched to supplier statements coded and posted correctly
Ensure supplier accounts are processed and settled within time limits
Perform statement reconciliations
Monitor and coach the accounts payable team
Analysis and reporting
The ideal applicant will have excellent organisational and communication skills with experience of workflow control and scanning/OCR processes, systems implementation experience will be beneficial. You should have an analytical approach and effective man management skills. Experience of Accounts Payable and Cost Control processes is essential.
