Hi
Im a 28 yr old male living in colwick who is looking for a running partner male or female. I currently run a little but not great distances and im looking to try and improve my fitness and the distances im able to run, but lack motivation.
Im looking to go out for runs approx 3 times per week including possible weekend runs. I would be free to run in the evenings from about 6pm onwards. Id be happy to join a running club if there are any around any age welcome.
