You will be responsible for:



Establishing a close and professional working relationship with all customers. You will gain and maintain an understanding of their particular business -tailoring your sales to provide a solution to their needs. By doing this you will maximise the profitability of each account and give truly outstanding customer service.

Maintaining regular contact with each account in order to promote positive customer relationships, provide early warnings of customer dissatisfaction and resolve any problems with our service and to manage all customer debt.

Monitoring and influencing the product and brand mix sold in order to maximise profit opportunities through promotion of our propositions and also ensuring all sales are at an appropriate margin level.

In addition to looking after our established clients, you will relish identifying and winning new business. You will be making pro-active sales calls to reactivate dormant accounts and converting these into life-long customers.

Planning & account forecasting, using sales and market data and planning and supporting project rollouts.
