CPM are currently looking for a full time Area Development Manager in the North of England.
This is a fantastic permanent opportunity to work for one of CPMs most exciting clients Gallaher.
Focusing on top name brands, Benson & Hedges, Mayfair, Silkcut, Camel and more.
Gallaher are one of the Worlds leading tobacco companies who understandably want to maintain their leading edge in the marketplace and thats where CPM comes in employing a team of Area Development Managers and Sales Development Executives to drive and deliver Gallahers business across multiple grocery, convenience and Co Op channels.
The key skills & abilities for this role include:
Demonstrating key leadership skills, to include performance management, recruitment, retention, coaching, training and development and motivation of a team.
Developing strong relationships with the client, retailers seeking different and new views.
Developing and sustaining strong working relationships using joint business planning processes which work to achieve common goals
Accountability for the achievement of strategic, operational, financial and performance objectives
Responsibility for controlling costs and meeting budget requirements
Effective communication and management of business objectives
Having a high level of understanding of CPM and clients commercial market place
Able to identify, develop and execute to achieve results to demonstrate a return on investment to client
Providing professional and consistent service to both internal and external clients
The salary for this role is 25272k with a potential 4000 performance related bonus per annum. You will also be provided with a company car and have a business mileage allowance of 13p (diesel) 15p (petrol) per mile and 25 days holiday entitlement per annum.
