My client, based in the Northampton area is currently recruiting for the position of Health and Social Care Trainer. You will be working with a range of social workers from various backgrounds such as residential, domiciliary and mental care.
The role will involve you constructing and using your own training packages to deliver courses based on the mandatory Health and Social Care topics such as First Aid, Manual Handling and Principles of Care.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum level 3 in Care and a recognised training qualification. Due to this being a training environment, any candidates with an assessor/verifier qualification will be at an advantage.
KEY SKILLS:
Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
Recognised Training Qualification such as PGCE/7407/Train The Trainer etc.
A1 Assessors Award/V1 Verifiers Award Preferable
Experience of working in a training environment
A Desire to pass your skills and knowledge on to others
In return for these skills, my client is offering a salary of 24-30k dependent on experience as well as an attractive benefits package. This is an urgent requirement and my client is looking to interview immediately.
