Our client is a leading specialist within the Engineering and Manufacturing Recruitment sector. They have grown to become a respected and trusted name within this market.
Due to growth they are now wishing to appoint an experienced Engineering Recruitment Specialist. The role will report to the Business Sector Manager and will involve:
Contacting relevant contacts and decision makers within new and existing clients to seek business opportunities
Working to an individual revenue target in terms of achieving business objectives
Writing proposals / tenders for business
Presenting proposals to clients
Working to targets achieving KPIs
Putting together accurate job descriptions and person specifications based on information gathered from clients
Advising clients on the most effective way to approach recruitment exercises database search, advertising or other managed recruitment campaigns
Liaising with the advertising agency to put together advertising copy and choosing relevant publications in which to advertise jobs
Managing advertising budget
Advising candidates how to apply for role and giving them realistic timescales regarding how their application will be processed
Managing all response that comes in either via general speculative applications or advertised vacancies all applications to be dealt with in a timely and professional manner
Selecting suitable candidates to bring in for interview either general registration or specific vacancy
Conducting competency based interviews and selecting suitable candidates to place with clients this may include interviewing in various locations
Liaising with client contacts in order to arrange second interviews or other selection stages. Preparing candidates prior to interview and issuing them with any information necessary
Maintaining accurate candidate records and monitoring constantly the availability of candidates
Ensuring repeat business through delivery of a quality service
