It's down to you the Assistant Manager & your Restaurant Manager to make your site a happy, profitable place. You'll achieve this through a combination of people and Business acumen: you will manage your team, training them & enabling their personal development, you'll seek every opportunity to improve the performance of your restaurant working at all times to ensure customer satisfaction.
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, the choice between success and failure is down to you & your team. You will have full responsibility in assisting the Restaurant Manager with all operational aspects of the site, and for the successful delivery of my Clients proposition. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented and experienced manager/supervisor to lead a team to deliver their targets and become a part of the continuing success of the business.
The successful applicant will need experience of assisting in the running of a retail, catering or hospitality business. Proven success in controlling costs and managing a team of at least 8 staff is a pre-requisite to this role.
