Experienced Telesales Manager required to develop and manage a new department within a busy motor dealership. The successful candidate should have recent experience of outbound calling to a database, a good telephone manner, the ability to plan and execute phone based campaigns and provide concise MI to senior managers. Experience of managing and developing a team together with planning work patterns, 1-1 coaching and team motivation is a must and it would be an advantage if the candidate had a working knowledge of the retail motor industry or Finance and Insurance. The team to manage will be part-time and will work up to 7pm Mon-Fri so the applicant must be flexible about working hours. This position will be a full-time permanent role.
