Sales Administrator

My client is a well established communications provider dealing with small, medium and large business (B2B) across the southern half of the UK. With over 20 years of experience they have become global partners to several of the major telecommunications networks.

We are looking for a general all round well organised, pro-active administrator who has the ability and flexibility to account manage as this will eventually turn into an account management position. Experience in Excel, Word and Microsoft Outlook is essential. We need someone self motivating and trustworthy who can work on their own initiative as well as part of a team.

Customer Credit Checking
Stationery ordering
Customer filing
Post
Arranging Director monthly meetings, preparing agendas, attending meeting to take minutes
Updating company website quarterly
Assisting with quarterly newsletter updating subscriber information
Updating various excel spreadsheets
Providing full support to Directors
Holiday logging for sales people
Credit checks for sales team
Stock ordering
Supporting Account Manger
Account Management
Responding to customer queries

Salary 17000-19000 + Benefits depending on experience.
