Up and coming, dynamic company providing specialist payroll processing to the recruitment sector require a proactive and enthusiastic office administrator with a hands on approach to join our growing team in Luton.

The role involves
Answering the telephone
Word processing letters, memos, agendas and reports
Monitoring stationery supplies and reordering when necessary
Assisting Client invoicing & sales team
Setting up and maintaining filing systems and updating databases
Looking after visitors
Dealing with internal and external correspondence

The right person has
Enthusiastic telephone manner
Positive mental attitude
Confident and at ease with constant use of Microsoft Office
Literate with good numeracy ability
An eye for detail and well organised
Excellent communication skills
