You will need to be from a 3 Rosette fine dining Restaurant or similar The venue is noted for its lavish weddings and excellant banqueting standards
Well presented, enthusiastic and experienced person is sought to join the team in supervisory /junior managerial role.
Candidates must be fluent in english and have previous experience in a four star venue or above
A hotel school qualification is welcomed but not essential
Live in is provided with all meals on and off duty
Situated in a delightful market town with cinema, theatre, cafes, bars and sports clubs there is plenty to do on days off- The direct train to London is 35 minutes
