Seeking a Senior PR Executive to join a rapidly growing online comparison service.
Due to its continued expansion, the company is looking to recruit a Senior PR Executive. The successful Senior PR Executive will be working closely with the Product Director; you will help develop and implement the companys consumer and trade communications strategy and identify new opportunities to generate newsworthy stories and media exposure.
The Senior PR Executive will be responsible for managing and driving the output of the external PR agency and you will be tasked with achieving high profile coverage in the mainstream daily traditional and online media as well as the technology press.
Senior PR Executive Requirements
Experience in liaising with journalists and responding to press enquiries
Proven ability to draft detailed and engaging press releases
Previous corporate PR experience
Professional, disciplined and discreet
Previous exposure to technology sector and contacts in technology media would be a distinct advantage to securing this role.
Minimum 2.2 degree in a related area, or international equivalents
Senior PR Executive Responsibilities
Helping to develop and implement consumer and trade PR strategy
Managing external PR agency relationship
Identifying opportunities for media exposure and drafting press releases
Monitoring and responding to pertinent industry announcements
Building media relations and press contacts
Initial point of contact for incoming press enquiries
Creating and implementing user surveys to provide research/insight for press releases
Up to 27,000 + company related bonus & 22 days paid holiday.
