We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef capable of deputizing as Head Chef to join a small brigade of Chefs . Ideally would suit a team player to expand our traditional, but stylish, pub/restaurant. IMMEDIATE START REQUIRED. The menu is typically European and traditional pub meals with other seasonal dishes, cooked from home made produce.
Experience of working in a similar environment and in all stations would be an advantage. Hours per week approx 45, over 5 days. This is a live in position. Immediate start required good salary and bonus will be offered, together with free accommodation and Food.
