Carluccio's is currently recruiting for a Assistant Manager in our St Albans Caffe.

The ideal Assistant Manager must have
Branded Restaurant experience

It is based upon a hand on approach in order to gain experience of every aspect of running a high volume caffe, from preparing coffee, to running a successful shift, to making great Focaccia bread!
