I am Seeking a friendly new housemate for our very clean non-smoking house share.
The rooms are all doubles for single occupancy.the rent is 80 per double room and less for single .Off street parking is included.
The furniture is nearly new and consists of a double bed with bedside table, wardrobe, chest of drawers & digital TV aerial socket. It is blessed with sunlight on bright days through French doors which open out onto the large sunny garden.
The house is in excellent condition. It has a stunning South-facing garden, TV, landline, washing-machine, dishwasher, microwave. Modern fitted bathroom & kitchen ground floor wc Communal living/dining room a conservertry. all bills are included that means all you pay is your rent and your food you are required to take part in the cleaning rota.of this tidy clean house.
The location is a 3 minute walk to tesco. and the halfway house .10min by buses to dunstable. and 20minuets to luton .with Excellent road links. Our road is quiet but very close to shops & restaurants. There are lovely parks nearby and also a bustling shopping town. Its only 5min walk to the downs so you can escape the noise & smoke of the city and relax in a peaceful leafy suburb. If you dont know this part of dunstable its well worth coming to have a look.
We are tenants are professional varied interests and like to have a chat and and a glass of wine or a cup of tea. We do, however, respect each others space & privacy. If you are intrested employed or studying, clean, tidy and friendly I would love to hear from you.
