i have a large i one flat with good size bedroom with fitted wardrobes and have fit size size bed in and draws. and good size front room. hallway and biggish bathroom with bath sink and toilet. they is good size kitchin with alot of cupborad. also have balconey with a shad out there. also have a biggish garden with a large shed in it. there is also place to pack car.about 5 min walk to banks shops and supermarkits. bus stop 2 min walk. not far from romford town centre about 10 min drive. council tax not bad 90 month. its a council property.its 77.18 week and your water bill in with it.its in place called harold hill which is 10 min drive from romford.
