We currently have exciting opportunities for Retail Catering Managers to join the variable team at both Wembley and Emirates Stadiums?
Up to 18 per hour
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
The purpose of the role is to manage and lead a team of unit managers to deliver event day sales targets and provide exceptional customer service and client focus.
THE PERSON SPECIFICATION:
Be a confident public speaker and able to pass on clear instruction to teams for the days events
Possess a great customer service focus and be committed to delivering excellence with a fast paced dynamic team
Ability to work, prioritise and make good decisions in a pressurised environment
A can-do and proactive attitude
Have good attention to detail, ensuring areas look attractive and high levels of cleanliness are maintained both back and front of house
Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills and have the ability to deliver all necessary briefings to your team
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operation of multiple Public concourse Liquor and Food Bars
Controlling all aspect s of stock managing and cash inventories
High volume transactions based around events such as international football matches and high profile concerts acts
Delivery of quality food and beverage products in the worlds premiere sports and music venue
Manage and be accountable for all Managers & team members in areas of responsibility
Be accountable for delivering results
Ensure accurate records are kept and the necessary documentation completed and filed in accordance with Company procedure
Have a good understanding of Company regulations relating to Health and Safety, Fire, Food Hygiene and Trading Standards, and ensure these are adhered to
Although training is mandatory to comply with Company Health and Safety Legislation, experience in managing a large team and working in a pressurised environment is essential
