FareShare is the national charity 1100051 that redistributes quality surplus food. to over 80 local charities & organisations across London, supporting homeless & other disadvantaged groups. We need your help to do this.
As a volunteer at our food depot in Bermondsey, you would get involved in the following activities:
preparing food orders for our Community Member organisations
Delivering food to the Community Members and local charities in London
Depot Development Projects - helping to sort & prepare the tonnes of donated food we receive.
Drivers 25+
We are also in real need of people to drive our refrigerated vans, to deliver the food to our community food network around London. Volunteering for FareShare not only means giving something back to your community. It is also a great way to meet new people, keep active & have fun.
