My client is seeking an experience manager with previous experience of supporting young people and the ability to lead, motivate and supervise the work of the staff team to take forward work with Young Persons -leaving in a Foyer which has recently been awarded the Foyer Accreditation.
The Foyer Manager has operational responsibility for the day-to-day running of a floating support service within Bexley including support and supervision of the staff team. The successful candidate will have direct line management responsibilities for 3 Project Workers and a resident caretaker.
The successful candidate will require a commitment and understanding of the Foyer ethos, as well as the working knowledge of Supporting People programme.
