The Company:
Our client, a global market leader, is currently recruiting for a Sales and Service Specialist - Spanish and Portuguese speaking, to work in their exciting office based in West London.
The Role:
The Sales and Service Specialist - Spanish and Portuguese speaking will be responsible for:
-Pro-active selling of contracts with new and existing clients
-Actively contributing to pro-active sales programmes to improve business throughput
-Building and managing professional relationships with both resellers and concessionaries
-Taking feedback on contract refusals, in order to improve service and product performance
-Aiming for optimal customer contract conversion rates
Candidate Profile:
The Sales and Service Specialist - Spanish and Portuguese speaking should possess the following attributes:
-A strong sales orientation - action and results driven
-At least 12 months' experience in a driven B2B sales environment
-Fluent in Spanish to native level or equivalent with fluency in Portuguese
-Experience in working in a channel business model desirable
-Experience working in a fast-moving, rapidly changing environment
-Strong closing techniques
-Excellent communication and client service skills
-Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload
-Capable of working to deadlines and to specified targets
-Ability to work on own initiative, but with strong team focus
-A mature attitude and professional work ethic (i.e. good time keeping, commitment to work)
-Good MS Office application experience, including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook#
-Good knowledge of web-based tool
-Knowledge/experience of SAP is an advantage
