A vacancy has arisen for a lettings negotiator in a small, established independent lettings and management agency based in Canada Water. SE16.
The position requires a person who is highly motivated, target driven, articulate, well presented and able to work on their own initiative. The company offers a very competitive remuneration structure to include a basic, commission, bonuses & shared use of one of the company vehicles. If targets are met, added bonuses and incentives such as fuel and mobile allowances are paid for. The candidate must have experience of the property & sales industry and should live local to the area or have some local area knowledge.
