This exceptional financial recruitment consultancy based on the Strand in central London is looking to diversify away from Financial Services by building niche business divisions around the following sectors;
Risk, Tax, Strategy & Change Management, Internal Audit & Public Practice.
Established in 2004 this client focuses on placing mid to senior level candidates on salary tiers ranging from 60-150,000 basic. They have formed relationships covering a varied client base encompassing Finance, Media and Consulting which includes Coca-Cola, Channel 4, London Stock Exchange, Viacom, Logica CMG, BBC, Shell, IPC, International Power (FTSE 20), Anglo American (FTSE 20) and Thomson Corporation PLC amongst others.
They are now looking for individuals to start up their own specialised divisions and are interested in speaking to successful consultants from any of the aforementioned sectors.
Minimum criteria to be considered for interview are:
*Must be a 200,000 (absolutely minimum) biller
*Must be able to commute to the Strand
*Must be consultative, knowledgeable about your market and understand your candidates skill-sets.
*Must be able to bring client relationships with across
*Must be a recruiter of vacancies paying in excess of 60,000 on the base.
*Must be a recruiter in a niche market such as tax, treasury, risk, audit, systems, strategy, change, public practice etc.
As part of the growth plans this client is looking for people to step into the following posts please note you must have a proven track record within your niche market to be considered:
* Head of Risk Recruitment
* Head of Tax Recruitment
* Head of Strategy and Change Recruitment
* Head of Internal Audit Recruitment
* Head of Public Practice Recruitment
On offer:
*Basic salary from 55-60k basic
* Exceptional bonus scheme, consultants earn a minimum of 35% of annual billings.
