Appointment Setter / Negotiator required to join our existing sales team. Phone Based Sales. Inbound
Private Ad: Deal direct with business owner.
Job type: Appointment making, phone based sales, negotiating, Inbound. (no cold calling) but outbound calls to existing clients.
Client Type: B2B
Work times: 9-6pm Mon - Fri
Location of Job: West Hampstead, NW6
Experience: Property experience not necessary but candidates with phone based sales, marketing or call centre experience are preferred.
Transport Links: Jubilee line, Silverlink and Main line trains of West Hampstead, Brondesbury and Kilburn.
Start time: Available now and we are also happy to hear from people who may consider the job in the near future.

Salary & Commission: Basic - 18-21K. A realistic OTE of 40K.

Main Criteria of the job:-
Taking calls from applicants who are looking for property,
Making appointments over the phone to view property.
Following up on existing applicants, negotiating and Closing Deals
Maintaining database
What we are looking for:-
People with either phone based sales, call centre, customer service or marketing experience
Confidence.. not arrogance
Candidates who are target or money driven.
Basic Computer knowledge.
Well spoken and articulate with a good understanding of English.
Good enthusiasm in general.
Ability to engage people on phone and build relationships.
Willingness to improve their sales skills
Candidates who possess a friendly and helpful attitude.
Extra info:-
There is no onsite parking here so you must be prepared to take public transport. (We are 5 mins from tube, trains, buses)
Although we dont do cold calling, 70% of the time you will be contacting existing clients on our database with a view to gaining viewings
closing deals etc.. so you must understand the need to be consistently pro active on the phone as the rewards are there.
Areas in North West London we are close by to include NW2, Kilburn, Cricklewood, Finchley Road and St Johns Wood.
Applicants with previous experience in areas such as telesales/telemarketing, account management, outbound sales are very welcome.
