We are currently seenking a Registered Nurse who is competent in the older person care field in particular with pallative and end of life experience. The placement is for our Westside Care Home which has 30 beds which has an excellent reputation within Croydon. We are looking for someone who can maintain our high standards, and has a required knowledge on Goldstandards Framework and implementationThe ideal candiate must be elidgible to work within the UK, be conversant in English.
