Salary 28 - 33K + Excellent Bonus + Benefits
My client is looking for a Care Home Manager who is NVQ4 / RMA qualified, to deliver a high quality of care to residents with Alzheimer's and Dementia.
You will be required to have the following:
- NVQ4 / RMA and proven management experience.
- Good communication skills
- Manage and maintain staff retention
- Knowledge and experience of working with CSCI / CQC
- High quality care and support to clients and staff
- Implement the company's corporate standards, policies and procedures
- Compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Experience of managing budgets
- Experience of working with Alzheimer's and Dementia service users.
