Head chef required for busy Oxfordshire pub

I am looking for a dedicated and hard-working Head chef to lead my team.
My traditional pub is located four miles from Oxford, on the Oxford Canal. It is a busy food destination venue, with 70 covers indoors and a further 80 in our lovely garden. We have worked hard to earn an excellent reputation in the area. Our menu is all freshly prepared with a focus on seasonal produce.
You must be:
* Passionate about your job
* Hard working
* Able to cook to a high standard
* Creative
* Able to take charge of a busy kitchen
* Able to cope under pressure
* Strong bakery and pastry skills
I am looking for a true professional, who has got stacks of ideas, able to lead his/her team, who can meet GP targets and, of course, has the ability to produce high quality food.
In return I can offer a competitive salary and bonus (provided GP targets are met), tips, meals and separate live-in accomodation. Two days off a week.
