Fun loving, confident au pair wanted for family in Clapham.
Hi, Im Rimi, Im a 30 something single mummy working in media and have a gorgeous 21-month old daughter Niamh (will be two in August). Our family life is relaxed, positive and modern and if you come to work for us youll be welcomed as part of the family. We live in a sunny house with lovely garden along with our cat, Blue. Clapham Common is a 15 minute walk from us, with lots of good shops and bars but its also full of families and with lots of other au pairs/nannies in the area youll find it really easy to meet people.
You will be in sole charge of Niamh while I am at work so will need childcare experience, be smart and able to deal with any situation. Niamh is a very easy-going, happy little girl. She likes to have fun and is very active. Your typical week will include going to monkey music, having play dates, going to story times, arts & crafts, reading books, singing and dancing and running around the park. You will also need to prepare all of Niamhs meals each day. Niamh knows lots of other children in Clapham so youll have a busy social diary!
Occasionally I will need you to do some babysitting for me, which could include the weekends but no more than 2 nights a week and always arranged in advance.
We have a cleaner so you wont be required to do any cleaning, simply tidy up after meal times, put the toys away and do Niamhs laundry.
You will have your own double bedroom with TV/DVD and we have excellent broadband Internet.
I need someone to start on 1st July and stay for a minimum of one year. Its a full time job but your weekends will be free.
You must be a non-smoker and already living in London so you are able to come for an interview. Good spoken English is a must.
