* Reporting to the Senior Production Accountant
* Supporting the management of budgets for commissions to ensure in line with budgets and cash flow forecasts
* Providing Financial Analysts with updates on status of productions and productions in the pipeline
* Assisting in the provision of financial information for investment appraisals
* Supporting the preparation of short and long-term cash flow forecasts for commissioned programmes
* Facilitating the approval and payment of commissioned invoices
* Assisting with the preparation of month end analysis with respect to commissioned cash, stock and creditor reconciliations
* Support the maintenance of a number of systems and processes guaranteeing the tracking of activity and budgets
Skills/Experience:
* Experience of working within the production accounting or programme finance team of a broadcaster or independent company
* Relevant experience within a finance department which deals with production budgets
* Detailed financial knowledge of producing and analysing budgets
* Experience of month end analysis and production
* Experience of effective cross-departmental relationships
* Highly numerate with ability to monitor financial records closely
* Keen eye for detail
* Excellent communication skills
* Self-motivating enthusiastic individual
