Cosy room with small double bed soon to be available in a lovely, homely 2-bed house. Share with me, 29 yr old professional female.
The house has a good sized sitting room with a 37 flat screen Panasonic TV; a large fully stocked kitchen, good sized bathroom with bath & shower and a lovely little garden out the back.
I do appreciate a clean and tidy home so I would like a tidy housemate who will be willing to contribute to the upkeep of our home :-)
I'm fairly quiet when at home but do like having people over occasionally for drinks and/or dinner (love to cook!). Ideally, you would be sociable and friendly but respectful in terms of noise levels, guests, privacy, etc.
The location is about 5 mins walk from Streatham Hill Station (direct trains to London Victoria, London Bridge, etc within 15-30 mins); or a 12 min walk to Tulse Hill Station which has frequent fast trains to Blackfriars Station (15 mins). Numerous buses on the High Street going to Brixton, Clapham, etc. There are plenty of restaurants/ bars/ cafes on the High Street, or the trendy spots of neighbouring Balham are nearby as well.
My current housemate is going back home very soon and moving out on the 3rd June, so room is available from then.
Rent is INCLUSIVE of utility bills, Tiscali/Homechoice TV, wireless internet & council tax at 110 per week!
