I am going away travelling for 2 weeks from the 2nd till the 14 July, and I would like to rent my room for the period (but let me know if you need slightly different days, we can try to arrange something).
I'll be travelling again between the 31 Jul and 17 August, it's also possible to arrange for those dates
The room is a good size double room with queen size bed, desk and computer with wireless internet (which you can use).
The rent is 120 per week (220 for the whole period) including everything
The Flat is an ex-local authority 3 bedroom maisonette, sharing with 2 other guys. We have an eat-in kitchen, lounge with satellite tv, patio garden and bathroom. The place is very quiet, and was refurbished 2 years ago so it feels quite fresh and new.
The flat is located on Black Prince road, within 10 minutes walk to either vauxhall, kennington or lambeth north tubes, buses 3 and 159 stop less than 5 minutes away, and take about 15 mins to central london There is a big Tesco supermarket just 5 minutes walk from the flat, and there is a good selection of pubs and restaurants in kennington cross, just 5 minutes walk down the road.
