I have been renting a gay house for quite sometime and due to the popularity of so many gay people wanting to share accomodation with people similar to them i have decided to open another gay house. It has taken me quite sometime to find the perfect home but now i finally have!
The house - It is a 9 double bedroom house with gorgeous kitchen, massive beautiful garden, comfortable lounge with HUGE TV gorgeous leather lounge.Kitchen has two ovens.
There is 5 toilets and 4 showers so there will not be a problem with bathroom access. 3 washing machines 1 dryer. 4 Fridges 2 freezers.
The house is neat and tidy a very nice sharing house. Each room has a wardrobe and side drawers with double bed. Also rooms can be locked.
I have looked a long time for a perfect house to rent to other gay people who like me are looking to rent the perfect house and share with other gay people who they can understand each other and have fun whilst house sharing.
I am looking at renting out 4 rooms as singles (with double beds) the price per week 90.00, 3 rooms out as couple rooms the price per room per week 140.00, and the two Master rooms with own bathrooms at 160 per room per week.
The rent covers all bills, The house is located 15minute walk from stratford station or a 10 minute walk from upton park tube. The house is located 2 minutes from Forest Gate station which runs into liverpool street every 15 minutes and is a 12minute journey.
I will need a months rent as deposit and a months rent in advance, The house will avaliable on the 16/06/09 so move now to avoid disappointment, There is all types of rooms avaliable now.
