The house is situated five minutes from Hammersmith Station (Zone 2) and has fantastic travel links on tube and bus, night bus stops right at the top of the street :P
The room is a spacious double bedroom with fitted wardrobes. Everything in the house is brand new, carpets, appliances, beds, etc....
Rent is 135 a week which is inclusive of everything, bills, internet and council tax
Someone, aged between 19 and 30, either working or training in the performing arts industry would be perfect as all housemates are in the industry.
