I have a 1 bedroom flat in Portland Rise, N4 and I am looking for a 1 bedroom flat in Camden or Islington although other areas of North London would be considered. Either a council flat or a housing association flat.
My landlord is Central and Cecil Housing Trust.
It is a bright and airy flat with large french windows leading to a balcony. A large double doored built in wardrobe in bedroom and a large built in cupboard in hall. Newly decorated [ except hall ] with new carpets throughout.
The room measurements are as follows,
1st hall 3 x 4 ft
2nd hall 6.5 x 5 ft
living room 16 x 11.5 ft.
kitchen 12 x 6 ft.
bathroom 6.5 x 5.5 ft.
bedroom 12 x 12 ft.
balcony 8 x 3 ft
1 min walk Fins Pk, 2-3 mins walk Clissold Pk. 2 mins walk Manor House Tube Station. Great bus services, the 253, 254 and 29 all pass the top of the street and all go to west end. Buses from bottom of street go to the City.
The flat has a combi boiler and central heating.
The map appears to be wrong. It is situated about halfway up Portland Rise.
The flat would suit someone who likes parks, as there is the two nearby. I really love my flat and I wish I could take it and move it somewhere else. The area is just too quiet for me as I prefer the hustle and bustle of city life.
