The flat is the ground floor of a house.
The living room has high ceilings and original features and measures 13ft x 12.5ft plus a bay window. It has a very large kitchen [13,5ft x 10,5ft ] ,one bathroom and 1 bedroom.
New windows and laminated flooring put in about 2 yrs ago.

The flat also has a back garden for the sole use of the tenant.
The Landlord is London and Quadrant.
I am looking for a 1 bedroom flat preferably in Camden but Islington may be considered.
