Located near the picturesque village of Roccalbegna in Grosseto
Province Podere Sant'Angelo offers two self catering cottages,
both with private patios in a mediterranean garden. Each cottage
can sleep 4 and comprises bedroom (double bed and fold down
single), bathroom, living room / dining room with fold down sofa
bed. 1 hour to beaches, day trips are possible to Siena,
Florence and Rome.
A comfortable 2.5 hour drive from Pisa and Rome airports.

The cottage is refreshingly modern yet ful of rustic charm. It
is the perfect base for exploring the Maremma. A trip to Monte
Argentario is much recommended - we enjoyed a lovely lunch at
one of the fish restaurants at Porto Santo Stefano. A lovely
relaxing holiday giving a great insight into the rural way of
life in an area of unspoilt natural surroundings.

We arrived at Podere Sant'Angelo worn-out, stressed and frazzled
and left feeling relaxed, 'chilled' and calm. Must have been the
waters at Saturnia, maybe the aromas of a Tuscan garden? The
beautiful countryside?
