The Apartment
This spacious and well equipped apartment comfortably sleeps 6 Adults (plus travel cot) in air conditioned 5* luxury. Being on the ground floor, it has excellent access, especially with the complex not having lifts. It has a great location on the complex, facing the outdoor pools but also the advantage of having garden area around it which helps keep it private too.
The double bedroom (with king-size bed), has an en-suite shower room and furnished balcony overlook fountains as well as a safe and lots of storage.
There is a twin bedroom with 2 single beds and luxury bathroom with large corner Jacuzzi bath, separate shower and large vanity sink.
The apartment is fully furnished, so you can relax in the living area, with comfortable sofas (one is a sofa-bed), satellite TV, CD and DVD player. Or make use of the fully equipped kitchen and dining area - with washing machine and dishwasher, it's home from home.
There is air-conditioning / heating units as well as metal shutters on all windows, to keep the apartment cool / warm.
There is a water cooler in the living area, so you can have lovely cold water on tap! Perfect for those hot summer months.
There is also a Security intercom access to the apartment for your peace of mind.
The Complex
The Oasis complex is beautifully landscaped, with garden areas, fountains and statues, centred around a magnificent outdoor circular pool with feature bridge, free sun-loungers and parasols available. There is also a separate shallow children's pool. The heated indoor pool is made private from the outside by a waterfall feature and is open for use all year round, ideal for winter holidays.
The large outdoor pool and kids pool can be seen clearly from the apartment balcony. In fact, lots of our customers have said the apartment has the best position on the complex!
The complex has an air-conditioned fitness room, cafe-bar with pool table and table tennis, children's games area and free wi-fi.
There are communal roof terraces at the top of each building, where you can sunbathe and take in the fantastic views of the mountains, beach and surrounding area.
The underground secure parking area also contains golf lockers - to save you carrying your clubs to the apartment.
The Area
Set in the ancient town of Side (pronounced see-day), the apartment offers a fantastic base for your holiday in the Antalya Region of the Mediterranean coast of Turkey.
The nearest airport to Side is Antalya which is served by all the main UK airports and is approx 45 mins drive away. Flights to Antalya are all year round.
We can arrange Transfers to and from the apartment.
Car hire is available at the airport and in various locations in Side for as little as 20 a day. Car hire is not essential as all amenities are within walking distance though to explore the areas many sights is recommended.
Located in a quiet, friendly neighbourhood, within walking distance of the old town, shops, restaurants and the beaches.
The magnificent falls of Manavgat, the protected Sorgun forest and the golf resort of Belek with its six courses are all within a 25 minute drive.
There is also a free shuttle bus service during the peak season to and from the beach for guests staying at the Oasis Residence.

The Apartment rental price includes a FREE Welcome Pack on arrival (milk, water, sugar, tea etc). Linen and cleaning is weekly, so if you are staying for 2 weeks, then the linen will be changed and apartment cleaned mid way through your holiday - all included in the price.
Although linen and towels are provided, please use your own towels for the pool and beach.
